Great, had good fun. Owner great to communicate and to accommodate us considering we were running late getting their end dropped the van back a day early. Just wear and tare on the van as expected.

We had an amazing holiday in this camper, it had everything we needed to camp off grid, and the pop out shower and bat won't awning were fantastic. The van was a great size for people and we were pleased we booked the gazebo with it. We took an extra gazebo hub for baggage and extra equipment. The solar power, Mini Q Weber, water pump and gas all worked like a champ. The handovers were thorough and Rich was always quick to respond to answer any questions and to communicate any extra items we might have needed.

Very comfortable and quaint. Efficiently resourceful and easy to travel with. Everything was in good condition. Not the easiest to get up the bat wing if your short other than that I would get again!

We are first-time users of caravans so everything was new. The van we chose suited our requirements for the trip we did and we were happy with all aspects of the hiring process and Rich at R&R Camper Hire.

We had a great trip. 5000km in three weeks. No major issues at all. Would recommend having an Anderson plug for charging batteries - we didnt and ran out of power a few times.(if you have powered sites each night you would be fine too). Keep eye on plug for fridge it wobbles loose. Gas hose for 3 burner needs is a bit worn and needs replacement. Overall - very happy with the Van and support provided - would hire again. (The feedback above are not complaints - just feedback).

Richard was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. Quite the surprise when dealing with holiday options. Van was clean and well appointed. Consumables were more than we expected and thankfully stocked as we did forget some basics. Make sure to pay it forward if you find little things missing that might improve the next user, it will come back to you. Thank you Richard.

Such an easy experience to hire from Richard and now weve gone camper van itll be hard to ever go back to a tent! Communication was excellent start to finish and instructions were thorough. Instant hot water was a game changer and plenty of space to store your stuff. Dogs loved being warm and we had a much more relaxing trip because we hired the van.

Rich gives a thorough handover and you know what youre getting. For us it was a great hybrid van that towed really well and was ideal for what we wanted. Return was quick and painless and Rich is receptive to input.

Our family of 4 (incl. 5yo and golden retriever) had a wonderful time in this van. It was our first time using one and Richard made the experience very easy - great communication and made sure the van had everything we needed. Having 240L of water was great for 4 days away off-grid, and we never got close to running out of power. The beds were super comfortable, there was plenty of ventilation and the hot water worked a treat. Very easy to tow as well. Would definitely do it again!

Fantastic! Richard gives a really great handover (about 45-60mins), so we were really confident that we knew everything we needed to know. The van itself is easy to use and well absolutely be hiring again.
