It was great. The actual charge was almost twice as what is in your website. E.g. The van is listed as $95/day but once I extended for 1 more night, the site charged me 170 dollars My negative comment is the listed rates are misleading and will affect budget estimations

I suffered from not one but two last minute cancellations (one the day prior to my trip) In comes Rich, a proper, professional who managed to accommodate a booking with less than 12h notice. Communication was great and thankfully meant we could still go on our holiday. The van was good, towed really nicely, especially if you have a dual cab. Enough space for my wife, 3 year old and 1 year old with pretty much everything you needed included.
